Angela Maldonado Assistant Producer

Angela Maldonado joined the Latino USA staff as assistant producer in March 2005. She came to KUT Radio by way of Clear Channel Radio, where she worked as a promotions assistant and board operator for three years.

At Latino USA, Angela handles a variety of duties, from accounting, record keeping, and office management to marketing and production.

She graduated from Texas State University-San Marcos in May 2004, with a print mass communication degree. While at Texas State, Angela had tons of fun learning radio at student run KTSWFM-89.9, working her way from news reporter to program director by graduation. She has spent time as an editorial assistant at the Austin American-Statesman and a literary publicist intern at Book Pros.

A Corpus Christi native, Angela loves coffeehouses, music and reruns of " Law & Order."
