OAKLAND RACE RELATIONS
While Black-Brown tensions are seen in Oakland politics, law enforcement officials in Los Angeles say there's been an increase in racially motivated gang violence. They point to a number of attacks, including the recent murder of a 14-year-old black girl by a Latino gang. Frank Stoltze reports from Los Angeles.
