Edwin Morel knows a thing or two about cycling. Born in the Dominican Republic, Morel had humble beginnings to the sport as a teenager on a simple bike. He’s now traveled the world, racing for the Dominican national team for four years. The former champion- turned-entrepreneur takes us into the world of bikes at his shop Talent Cycles in Harlem. There he talks about why the sport is harder than most would think, what’s difficult about simply riding a bike and what the sport has taught him.
