Studies show that one in 68 children in the U.S. have autism. Yet this statistic may not include many Latino children who often get diagnosed late or not at all. For Spanish speaking or bilingual families, who may be unfamiliar with the health care system in the U.S., there are particular struggles in getting the health care services they need.
