Jacobo Gabriel Tomas has lived in the U.S. for over twenty years, but recently, was nearly deported. He has several U.S. citizen children, works on a pig farm in the Minnesota exurbs, and pays his taxes. And President Obama’s immigration actions may allow him to stay in the country.
