If you ever caught yourself wondering what happened to the old yellow school bus you rode in the 5th grade, rest assured, it’s living out its second (and best life) in Guatemala. According to a video by AJ+, some buses by school bus manufacturer Blue Bird are taken to Antigua, Guatemala, where they are given a metal facelift and a fresh coat of paint. It’s art on wheels. The fleet of thousands of refurbished buses then go on to serve rural areas of Guatemala.
