Latino USA hits the road! Producers Zakiya Gibbons and Jeanne Montalvo and host Maria Hinojosa go on a good, old-fashioned road trip through the heart of the South to learn first-hand what it’s like to be Latino and Southern today. We start in Atlanta and drive through Georgia and Alabama—spending time in states that have passed some of the strictest immigration laws in the country in recent years, despite having the largest Hispanic population growth rates in the nation.
Tune in to the 2-part series on September 15 and September 22.
