I caught the end of the broadcast and the feeling I got was a defensive posture being taken on behalf of Latinos, like entitlement. MAGA will never deliver citizenship to Dacca. Also, MAGA cares nothing for the middle class. Look at republican voting history, for example, a firm stand against raising the minimum wage, getting citizens United passed, removing lunches for kids dismantling Medicaid, and breaking down all the health service agencies from food inspection to cancer research. Latinos who voted for trump fell into the trap of believing that he would raise their standard of living,(and partly because the macho bully temper appealled to Latin men). How well did that go with the Big Budget Bill? Btw, Obama had a very diverse cabinet. And finally, listening to the final credits, I heard only Latin names. Sadly, Latinos have little legitimacy to their complaints about democrats .
I understand that immigration is in the forefront. What baffles me is, did you listen to Trump’s plan for immigrants. You really believe that it was to rid our country of criminals! Stop believing the lies. Use critical thinking and read between the lines. The fallacy that voting is the only way to get what you want, what we latinos need? We need more equality in all areas for ALL Latinos not just for your ethnic group like columbian, mexicans, puerto ricans, for ALL. Especially cubans that think they are separate from other Latinos. Let’s finally stand together!!!!! This is the only way we will succeed and stop the inequality and disrespect.
