In this episode, Latino USA investigates different aspects of the family separation crisis. In part one, producer Andrés Caballero breaks down the aftermath of the family separation crisis and explores what happens to the hundreds of kids who still aren’t reunited with their families because their parents have been deported. In part two, host Maria Hinojosa and producer Antonia Cereijido travel to Texas to meet Juan Sanchez, the CEO of Southwest Key Programs, the largest non-profit that shelters migrant children who have been separated from their families.
