Maria Zamudio

Zamudio is an award-winning investigative reporter in Memphis. She joined The Commercial Appeal Newspaper’s investigative team in 2014. Prior to joining the Appeal, she worked for the Chicago Reporter Magazine covering immigration and labor. Zamudio also spent three years in California working for daily newspapers. She’s a bilingual reporter and blogger with experience producing radio stories.
