On Sunday morning, Maria Hinojosa appeared on MSNBC’s PoliticsNation with Al Sharpton to talk about President Trump’s immigration policies and news that Immigration And Customs Enforcement (ICE) enforcement arrests were happening in the country during the past few days.

“When due process is denied to anyone in our country, it opens the door for due process to be denied to everyone in our country,” said Hinojosa about the immigration raids. “[President Trump] has put it front and center. People are watching about when they are going to come to the raids. [ICE] comes at five o’clock in the morning, six o’clock in the morning, when you’re sleeping.”
